Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, and skilled at crafting cocktails while delivering excellent hospitality. You’ll be responsible for providing a premium guest experience through personalized service, product knowledge, and consistency behind the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed
- Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization
- Recommend cigars and drink pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Process payments accurately through the Clover POS system
- Comply with all TABC and health/safety regulations
- Support live music and event nights by providing efficient and professional service
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, or lounge environment
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- TABC certification required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and event shifts
