Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable, motivated Barback / Busser to support our bartenders and servers during daily operations and special events. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders with restocking liquor, mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Keep lounge and patio areas tidy throughout the shift
- Assist servers with food and drink delivery when needed
- Collect and dispose of trash, cigar ash trays, and glassware regularly
- Ensure all drains, floors, and work areas are clean and sanitized at closing
- Support the team during live music and event nights to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barback, busser, or in hospitality preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- TABC and Food Handler certification a plus
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and event nights
