About Cherokees Cleaning
We are a rapidly growing local cleaning business, and we are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team. As we expand, we are building a dedicated group of cleaners to help us keep up with our client demand.
The Role
This is a part-time, "as-needed" position, making it perfect for someone who needs to work around an existing schedule.
Morning Availability: Most job opportunities will be available in the morning hours.
How it Works: Once you join our team, you will be added to our dedicated group chat. When a new job comes in, I will post it to the group. You have the flexibility to "pick up" the job if it fits your schedule, or decline it if it doesn’t.
Our Goal: We are looking to fill 10 spots in this group chat to ensure we can cover our growing list of clients.
Compensation & Training
Training Period: You will be paid $18/hour for your first 3 jobs. This period is dedicated to ensuring you learn our cleaning standards.
Standard Rate: Once training is complete and you consistently meet our high quality standards, your pay will increase to $20/hour for every job thereafter.
Future Growth & Partnership
We are looking for team members who truly care about the quality of their work. If you show dedication and provide consistent, high-quality results, there is a clear path for growth. After at least 6 months of employment with us, there is the potential to transition into an independent contractor role where you take on jobs directly, and I take a small percentage for the referral and management support.
