The Project Manager provides overall leadership, coordination, and oversight for all contract activities. This role ensures high-quality deliverables, staff performance, and effective communication with the client. Oversee all staff assigned to the contract, providing direction, guidance, and performance management to ensure successful execution of contract requirements.-
Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and client expectations.-
Serve as the primary daily point of contact for the client regarding all aspects of the firm's work under the contract.-
Coordinate project activities, resources, and priorities to meet established timelines and objectives.-
Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.-
Prepare and deliver status reports, updates, and briefings to leadership and client stakeholders.-
Support contract reporting, documentation, and administrative requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.-
Promote a collaborative team environment and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.-
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality control processes, and regulatory or contractual requirements.-
Performs other job-related duties as assigned**Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:**-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).-
Minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within government contracting or a similar environment.-
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multi-faceted projects with complex deliverables.-
Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.-
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving project needs.-
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.-
PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.-
