Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and targeted guests, providing regular follow-up.
- Evaluate guest play to determine and provide appropriate complimentary offers.
- Maintain knowledge of casino promotions, special events, and shows.
- Assist in the execution of promotions, events, and shows.
- Make outbound calls to preferred guests regarding promotions and events.
- Ensure hotel reservations are made accurately and efficiently for guests.
- Support the property host as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of all casino gaming policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma and 0-2 years of player development and/or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An Associate’s degree in marketing is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessments and satisfaction evaluation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
