Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair, install, and maintain Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, digital Network Video Recorder (NVR) systems, InfoGraphics Diamond II access control systems, all Surveillance cameras (Analog & IP), and analog/digital CCTV components.
- Install and maintain Fiber Optics systems.
- Familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications (XP, Windows server 2003, Linux, Apple OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Viso).
- Complete administrative tasks using various technology and software.
- Upgrade computer/NVR software and hardware.
- Drive/Operate company vehicles to complete Surveillance work on and off property (Scissor lift, Boom lift).
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience working with Digital Network Video Recorder (DNVR) Enterprise systems.
- Two (2) years of working with access control systems and/or Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to obtain Gaming Work Permit, as required by Jurisdiction.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.
- Proficiency in computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
