  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary authority in resolving player disputes and technical game issues with poise and fairness.
  • Operational Management: Lead the opening and closing procedures of the poker room, including the management of accurate poker inventory.
  • Performance Oversight: Provide vital input on staffing needs, performance appraisals, and corrective actions to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Security & Integrity: Conduct rigorous inspections of decks and monitor gameplay to identify irregularities and maintain total game security.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety policies are strictly followed and report any potential hazards or procedural deviations to the Poker Shift Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience Requirement: To be considered for this role, you must possess at least 2 years of professional experience dealing cards in a regulated casino poker environment. This is a non-negotiable prerequisite for our leadership team.

  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of professional poker dealing procedures and gaming regulations.
  • Licensing & Training:
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the appropriate authority.
    • Successful completion of training in the CNE Gaming Academy.
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Professionalism: Commitment to providing a "Rock Star" standard of guest service at all times.
