Responsibilities
- Coordinate and serve food and beverages with precision and elegance.
- Provide personalized and attentive service, anticipating guests' needs.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol safety standards, including verifying legal drinking age.
- Maintain a clean and organized service station and dining area.
- Take reservations and answer incoming calls with professionalism.
- Process financial transactions and guest payments accurately.
- Promote a sophisticated and welcoming dining environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of serving experience, preferably in a fine dining setting.
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
- Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
