You'll be responsible for serving beverages, assisting with guest needs, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve all beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, promptly fulfilling requests.
- Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Perform all pre-bussing during the dining experience to ensure tables are cleared efficiently.
- Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in settings that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
