Referral Coordinator
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time, 40/hour per week
Pay starts at $15 an hour with increases available based on performance.
Locations available: Morristown and Newport, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing patient referrals for specialists, diagnostic tests, treatments, or other healthcare services.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage for referred services.
- Communicate with patients to inform them of referral appointments, instructions, and necessary preparations.
- Track and monitor referrals to ensure timely follow-up and appointments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
