Operations and Revenue Systems Trainer
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time (40/hour per week)
Locations available: Lenoir City area, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Maintain training manuals, competency checklists, and criteria for certification pathways.
- Deliver training using blended formats, including classroom instruction, virtual training, quick-reference guides, skills checklists, hands-on support, and shadowing.
- Ensure all training content is consistent, scalable, and standardized across all sites.
- Evaluate staff skills through knowledge checks, competency assessments, and direct observation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in healthcare practice management or front-office operations.
- Experience training or onboarding staff.
- Proficiency with practice management and EHR systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between clinic locations.
