Clinical Therapist
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time (40/hour per week)
Locations available: Alcoa, Clinton, Englewood and Seymour, TN

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate patients’ emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns.
- Use standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to diagnose mental health disorders.
- Create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to patients’ specific needs and preferences.
- Provide immediate therapeutic interventions for patients in crisis situations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychologist, or related field.
- Active license and in good standing in the State of Tennessee, eligible for licensure, or in the process of getting a license as a LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- Clinical experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems.
