Behavioral Health Consultant
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time (40/hour per week)
Locations available: Knoxville and Morristown, TN, in-person

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments to identify psychological, behavioral, or emotional conditions.
- Work closely with primary care providers, nurses, and other medical professionals to integrate behavioral health services into overall patient care plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
- Provide immediate support and interventions for patients in crisis or experiencing mental health emergencies.
Qualifications:
- A master’s or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Active license and in good standing in the State of Tennessee, eligible for licensure, or in the process of getting a license as a LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- Experience working as a BHC or in an integrated primary care required.
