Estimated Starting Salary Range for Salesforce Developer: $100-130K
Pay commensurate with experience.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities Include
- Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API services.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, and automation.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and federal security and compliance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management.
- Maintain documentation, technical designs, and deployment procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust Clearance.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Bachelor’s degree 5 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience, OR Associate’s degree 7 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience, OR High School Diploma/GED 9 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and its capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL and REST APIs.
- Experience interacting with REST and SOAP services using XML and JSOM
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Apex HTTP, HTTPRequest and HTTPResponses classes
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
- Current VA Public Trust Clearance.
- Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder.
- Experience supporting federal government agencies or working in a consulting environment.
- Experience supporting Salesforce deployments using structured DevOps and CI/CD practices (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git-based workflows).
- Familiarity with Salesforce security, compliance, and FedRAMP requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
