Project Manager is responsible for strategic coordination and executiontoensure organizational goals are met by managing projects, policies, and initiatives effectively.Willact as a bridge between leadership and operational teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.

Program Manager Responsibilities Include:
Project & Initiative Management: Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets
Policy & Program Support: Develop, coordinate, and execute short- and long-term plans; provide guidance on policy and program development, implementation, and evaluation
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners to facilitate communication and collaboration
Data & Reporting: Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulations, and procedures
Crisis & Contingency Support: Assist in crisis management and contingency planning
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management, systems engineering, and federal acquisition requirements
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail; ability to multitask
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
Experience: 5 years in a similar role; in defense sectors, 5-10 years in DoD/IC or related environments
Certifications-PMP, CAPMor other relevant credentialsnot required butpreferred
Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
