Business Operations Systems Research Analyst
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.
The Business Operations Systems Research Analyst – Ops Support will identify and assess capabilities and integration opportunities with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the U.S. Army. The analyst will provide recommendations on integration strategies between the Army General Officer (AGO) office, NGA, and National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) partners. This role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of AGO's organic capabilities, identifying and analyzing capability gaps between the Army and other mission partners, and proposing solutions to bridge these gaps. The analyst will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deliver key reports on capability assessments, integration recommendations, and gap analyses.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Business Operations Systems Research Analyst: $180k to $190k
Pay commensurate with experience.

Business Operations Systems Research Analyst Responsibilities Include
- Identify and assess capabilities and integration opportunities between the AGO, NGA, Army, and NSG partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of AGO's organic capabilities and Army systems.
- Identify capability gaps between the Army and mission partners, providing in-depth analysis.
- Propose strategic solutions to address and bridge capability gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement integration strategies for enhanced mission support.
- Deliver detailed reports, including capability assessment reports, integration strategy recommendations, and gap analysis documentation.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- At least 5 years of experience in the past 10 years analyzing intelligence, systems, and technical data.
- Experience in documenting, assessing, and leveraging modernized architectures (e.g., containers, virtualization).
- Demonstrated ability to assess 3rd party, DoD, service, and intelligence community (IC) partner capabilities in a developer context.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- NGA certifications related to capabilities, acquisitions, or other relevant areas (preferred).
- Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI eligibility.
- Experience with NGA, Army systems, and IC partners.
- Familiarity with modern technical architectures and integration strategies.
