Lead Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer (RTE)
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph to be considered.
Cherokee Preting is looking for a Lead Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Analytic Innovation Office. The Engineer will support the delivery of end-to-end expertise for designing, developing, sustaining and modernizing mission-critical capabilities.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Lead Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer (RTE) Responsibilities Include:
Serves as the chief Agile coach and facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).
Drives ART events and processes and facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning.
Coordinates with Product Management and stakeholders and removes impediments to ART progress.
Coaches' teams and leadership on SAFe principles and practices.
Tracks and communicates ART performance metrics.
Ensures alignment across multiple Agile teams and synchronization with enterprise objectives.
Lead Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer (RTE) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Must have at least eight (8) years implementing and coaching agile frameworks in complex IT environments
Must possess an advanced Agile certification
Able to work independently with limited oversight
Experience leading small teams, strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
