HUMINT Collection Manager – Senior Responsibilities Include
- Conduct Collection Operations Management (COM) and intelligence analysis to support operational HUMINT oversight and risk mitigation.
- Prepare intelligence reports and recommend courses of action to the Government on measures.
- Assess HUMINT reporting against validated operational requirements.
- Support the publication of HUMINT Operating Directives.
- Provide feedback on the prioritization of HUMINT Collection Requirements Tasking, HUMINT operations in support of Army HUMINT Operations Cell (AHOC), Procedure 10, and source production reviews.
- Develop Army HUMINT collection activity assessments.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Current TS/SCI security clearance
- Master’s Degree
- US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program.
- HT-JCOE – Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent.
- Ten (10) full-time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role.
- Five (5) full-time years evaluating IIR’s and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations.
- Seven (7) full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, IdM, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities.
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties.
- Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
