The Disposition Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project performance, ensuring the timely and successful completion of tasks within budget. This role involves managing resources, contracts, and personnel while providing leadership in project execution. The Disposition Project Manager works closely with Government agencies to ensure compliance with contract requirements and handles problem resolution, resource allocation, and operational monitoring. Additionally, the role requires the ability to deploy globally within 48 hours to support emerging operational needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Disposition Project Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.

Disposition Project Manager Responsibilities Include:
Oversee a group of contractors to ensure alignment with project.
Provide leadership in management, organization, business operations, and technical services, ensuring the successful completion of tasks within established timelines and budgets.
resources, managing personnel, and monitor operational performance in alignment with Government directives to achieve complete satisfaction.
Oversee and coordinate contract management, large project management, and Government interface to ensure compliance and fulfillment of all project requirements
Ability to deploy globally within 48 hours of notification to support emerging operational needs.

Disposition Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in Government or private-sector roles).
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience, including overseeing projects, contracts, resources, and personnel.
Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of completing large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to guide teams, manage resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
Experience in contract management and working closely with Government agencies to ensure compliance with contract specifications and deliverables.
Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring project progress is maintained.
Proficient in resource allocation and personnel management, with a focus on achieving optimal performance and meeting project goals.
Ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements, with the capacity to respond within 48 hours of notification.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and Government stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant project management tools and systems used to track progress, budgets, and resources.
