Cherokee County Assistant Clerk:
Performs a variety of clerical support functions on behalf of the Cherokee County Clerk of Court; processes legal documents; conducts a variety of records management functions; provides customer service to the public.
- Associates degree or 5 years of related experience
- Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Time management skills & comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to communicate with public in a professional manner
- Post and balance accounts receivable on a daily basis
- Track cases and compile information for Court
- Above average typing skills, minimum 45 WPM
- Generate emails and answer emails promptly
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Must successfully complete a drug screen
