Cherokee County Toyota needs to hire a Customer Service Representative for their busy Body Shop. If you are motivated, like to speak to people, comfortable on phone calls, and are neat in appearance, we would like to speak to you. A general knowledge of automobiles is preferred. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities – Customer Service Rep:
- Answer phone calls
- Set appointments
- Greet customers
- Write repair orders as needed
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements – Customer Service Rep:
Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred- Auto body shop experience is plus
- Bilingual: Spanish/English is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
