Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Brunswick, GA. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, providing product information, preparing quotes, and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, following up on leads, and collaborating with external sales and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and update customer records in the system. This team member will also support promotional initiatives, track sales activity, and contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including managing phone and email inquiries and closing orders.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle questions, resolve problems, and build trust.
- Experience with Account Management to develop new business and nurture existing client relationships.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product details clearly.
- Basic proficiency with order entry software, and standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple accounts, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Ability to work on-site in Brunswick, GA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in different locations.
- Prior experience in building materials, construction, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
