We’re hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Longmont, Colorado!
Our commercial property management team is growing, and we’re looking for a bright, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join us. If you’re tech-savvy, motivated, and excited about a role with real career upside, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll work directly with our Senior Property Manager and gain hands-on experience across our entire commercial portfolio. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be part of a small, top-tier team that truly supports each other.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage work orders and property management software
- Assist with COIs, vendor coordination, and compliance
- Support building operations, tenant communication, and maintenance requests
- Help improve systems, office tech, and internal processes
- Contribute across the full spectrum of commercial property management tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- You live in or within ~20 minutes of Longmont, CO
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent computer and technology skills
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Someone who wants to learn and grow in CRE management
