Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team for the busy season (June through the end of January). This role is key to providing a top-tier experience from the moment customers arrive to the time they select their perfect photo package.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
Check in clients for their scheduled appointments
Collect payments and issue receipts when needed
Inform customers about current promotions, offers, and package options
Assist clients in scheduling or rescheduling sessions and sales appointments
Help guide clients through package selections during dedicated sales appointments
Accurately handle cash, card, and other payment transactions
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Communicate effectively with the photography and sales team to ensure smooth operations
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with customers as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or front desk reception preferred
Friendly, patient, and confident with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable talking about and selling photography packages
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
