Cherished Home Services LLC is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Companion Caregivers to join our growing team!

Office Location: 3574 Holland Road, Suite 204, Virginia Beach, VA

AVAILABLE POSITIONS & SCHEDULES

Personal Care Assistance (PCA/CNA)

• Chesapeake, VA: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Virginia Beach, VA: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
  

Companion Care

• Virginia Beach, VA: Fridays, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
  

We are hiring for both part-time and full-time opportunities.

PAY & BENEFITS

• Hourly Pay: $14.50–$15.00 per hour
• On-Call Opportunities: $17.00 per hour for eligible on-call assignments
• Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, where applicable

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support clients with medication reminders and medication-related tasks within authorized duties.
• Communicate changes in clients’ health and well-being to appropriate healthcare professionals or supervisors.
• Prepare meals according to clients’ dietary needs and instructions.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and respectful, compassionate care.
• Follow care plans and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for clients.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, caregiver, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications, if applicable to the position.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality care.
• Willingness to participate in the on-call team, if applicable.
• Bilingual communication skills are highly encouraged.
