We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality in-home support to clients who need assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, trustworthy, and committed to treating every client with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Caregivers will assist clients with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning as appropriate. Prepare and serve meals according to the client's care plan. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Assist with laundry and changing linens. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, activities, or community outings as assigned. Remind clients about medications according to the established care plan and company policies. Observe and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or behavioral condition. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Follow each client's individualized care plan. Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality. Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. Provide respectful, person-centered care at all times.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous caregiving, home care, senior living, or healthcare experience preferred. Must demonstrate compassion, patience, dependability, and professionalism. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and coworkers. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to safely assist clients with activities of daily living. Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment. Must successfully complete required background screening. Must meet all applicable state and company requirements. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Must be able to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
