As a Client Care Manager, you will be joining a small office team and a diverse team of home care professionals. We are a quickly growing, dynamic organization in our 14th year of business. You will be your client’s concierge and your caregiver’s leader. We are seeking an optimistic, hospitality minded individual who enjoys giving customer support in a fast-paced environment. Must be people oriented, able to switch gears quickly, extremely organized, detail oriented and able to pull many pieces together. We are looking for someone who views obstacles as challenges to be overcome, understands the concept of servant leadership, and will embrace the mission and culture of our organization.
Creativity and a desire to serve others is key. Overall, we are seeking a person who has a heart for others and is willing to go the extra mile because they know that at the end of the day, what they do changes lives.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Candidate must have a driver license and clean driving record. You must also be willing to undergo a pre-employment fingerprinted background check and drug screening. We are a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing Personal Care Aides
- Scheduling Personal Care Aides
- Customer service/support
- Administrative duties including billing
- Quarterly site visits to clients (must be willing to drive)
- Client/Caregiver relations
- Matching up clients/caregivers by personality, availability, location and skill level
- Coaching and counseling caregivers
- Email/phone communications
- Confirming schedules for billing & payroll
- On-call (handling call offs & emergency situations)
