You're Not Just a Nurse – You're a Compassionate Leader
As our Alternate Director of Clinical Services, you'll serve as an RN Case Manager with your own patient caseload while providing leadership support to the Director of Clinical Services. This unique role allows you to stay connected to the bedside work you love while developing your leadership skills and stepping up when needed.

As Alternate Director of Clinical Services, you'll primarily provide direct patient care throughout the Wabash and Kokomo areas, bringing healing and hope to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, and hospitals – wherever they feel most comfortable – while supporting leadership functions as needed.
What You Bring & What We Offer
Required Qualifications:
Active RN License
Valid Driver's License
1 years hospice experience
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
BLS Certification
Hospice and Palliative Medicine background
