Success requires a blend of technical analytics execution, healthcare operating context, and consultative problem solving.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
$70,396 - $100,565 Salary
The posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Acts as a data and analytics partner for assigned stakeholders, translating business questions into analytical plans, reporting requirements, and decision-ready outputs.
- Independently builds and enhances dashboards, scorecards, data extracts, and recurring reporting that support fast-moving operational and clinical priorities.
- Develops presentation-ready analyses and materials for leaders, physicians, and executive stakeholders, tailoring the level of detail to the audience and the decision at hand.
- Presents findings and recommendations in a way that links data to operational action, clinical performance, patient outcomes, and total cost of care.
- Defines, refines, and monitors KPIs that help teams measure patient outcomes, practice performance, operational efficiency, specialty/network performance, and cost trends.
- Performs root-cause, cohort, trend, and opportunity analyses that move beyond describing what happened to recommending what should happen next.
- Prepares executive- and clinician-ready presentations that synthesize findings into clear themes, implications, and recommended actions.
- Partners with report developers, data engineers, data scientists, and other technical teams to clarify business logic, validate requirements, support testing, and improve usability.
- Proactively identifies risks, data issues, metric drift, and emerging opportunities within assigned domains, and communicates them with appropriate urgency.
- Translates scoped project objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and deliverables, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and follow-up.
- Maintains strong documentation of data definitions, business logic, known caveats, and SOPs so solutions remain trustworthy and scalable.
- Coaches end users on how to interpret dashboards, use standard tools, and apply insights in day-to-day operational decision making.
- Adheres to pre-defined use-cases of AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, summarization, and exploratory analysis while applying sound judgment, responsible data governance, and validating accuracy, logic, and business appropriateness before use.
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.
- Intermediate-to-Advanced SQL skills, including multi-table joins, aggregation logic, performance-conscious querying, QA, and clear translation of business logic into data logic.
- Advanced Excel and strong BI visualization skills; able to create clear self-service reporting and executive-facing materials.
- Working knowledge of Power BI data models, DAX, report design, and user experience principles.
- Strong executive and clinician-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex analyses into clear implications, clarify requirements, structure decisions, present concise recommendations, and action-oriented materials.
- Ability to connect technical findings to operational, clinical, and strategic implications.
- Healthcare domain fluency or strong experience learning complex operating environments quickly; Medicare Advantage, provider risk, and value-based care experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of analytical methods such as segmentation, trend analysis, KPI design, and basic evaluation of intervention performance.
- Ability to independently manage workstreams, maintain clear documentation, and drive execution with appropriate escalation and stakeholder follow-through.
- Practical AI workflow capability, including effective prompting, validation of outputs, and thoughtful integration of AI into daily analytics work.
- Spoken and written fluency in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the US up to 5% of the time.
- This job requires the use and exercise of independent judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, economics, public health, healthcare management, statistics, nursing, life sciences, information systems, engineering, or a related field required, with Master’s or other advanced degree a plus; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements where appropriate.
- 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, management/strategy consulting, clinical informatics, operations analytics, or other stakeholder-facing analytical roles required.
- Experience delivering dashboards or analyses in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools required.
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred, especially in Medicare Advantage, managed care, provider-risk, or value-based care settings.
