About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for working as part of a team, helping clients understand their insurance options, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options.
- Working to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Administer benefits and assist clients with claims processing as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with EPIC program is a plus.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Experience with technology.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work well with a team.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
