The Finance Director performs complex executive work planning, organizing, and directing the activities and personnel of the Finance department, including accounting, budget, debt management, financial reporting, treasury management, utility billing and collection, customer service and related works as apparent or assigned. Departmental supervision is exercised over assigned personnel.
