What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist for Personal Injury Law Firm position at Cheney Galluzzi & Howard, LLC?
Cheney, Galluzzi & Howard is not your typical law firm. We're energetic, laid back, and deeply committed to helping people. We don’t have a dress code. We speak plainly with each other. We swear sometimes. We’re not stuffy—and we don’t want to be.
However, we are a top-tier personal injury law firm, recognized not only for our results but for the unparalleled client experience we provide. With only 5-star reviews, our reputation is built on responsiveness, compassion, and a commitment to treating every client like family. Our team thrives on empathy, excellence, and execution—and we are seeking an Intake Specialist who embodies those values.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to deliver more than money to people injured through no fault of their own. We fight, inside and outside the courtroom, for a safer and more just world. We accomplish our mission by focusing on our client's emotional needs, treating everyone as equals, and ensuring we are all accountable.
Our core values guide everything we do:
1. We act with integrity.
2. We show compassion to our clients.

4. We are not afraid to take cases to trial.
