Responsible for all site human resources (HR) activities including benefits, associate growth and development, associate relations and staffing. Interacts with all associates, corporate office, subsidiaries, and governmental and private agencies. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between CBI and ReadySC. Facilitate the setup of all necessary company information, represent company at job fairs, and collaborate with ReadySC on On-the-Job Training (OTJ), leadership development initiatives, and associated tax credits related to hiring.
Assist managers in staffing all vacancies. Ensure all administrative items are completed according to established guidelines ( i.e., I-9 forms, employment applications).
- Assist in the training of management in application of policies and procedure. Assess training needs within the company and coordinate delivery of appropriate information (i.e., computer skills, management skills, etc.)
- Function as an associate advocate by representing associates’ issues to management as appropriate. Work with management team in resolving associate issues by investigating concerns and sharing resolution alternatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures to include effective communications to associates. Advise management of fair and consistent application of all approved policies and procedures.
- Ensure benefits are explained to new associates and their enrollment is processed at appropriate time. Ensure all company benefits are communicated and administered in a fair and consistent manner.
- Work with Safety Manager and building maintenance team on compliance.
- May supervise associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:
Required Experience: 2 - 4 Years ; Human Resources, Business Administration or related area.
