Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on training to new and existing warehouse associates to ensure safe, accurate, and productive performance.
- Train associates on order selection, forklift operation, putaway, replenishment, loading processes, and safety procedures.
- Utilize warehouse systems and tools effectively (e.g., WMS, SAE, reporting platforms).
- Conduct preferred work method observations and provide timely, constructive feedback to trainees and supervisors.
- Reinforce company safety policies and ensure all training aligns with regulatory and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed training documentation and records.
- Support classroom and floor-based instruction to prepare associates for long-term success in warehouse operations.
- Demonstrate strong customer service by supporting internal teams and meeting operational goals for accuracy, productivity, and cost control.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans or re-training as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent training standards across shifts and departments.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
- 1 - 3 Years - At least 1 year of order selection experience within the company or 2 years of order selection experience overall
- Ability to create and deliver training programs. Required Preferred
- Familiarity with instructional design principles to tailor training to different learning styles.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Active listening and presentation skills to engage trainees effectively.
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
- Adjusting training based on performance feedback and operational goals.
- Managing training schedules, materials, and documentation.
- Time management to balance training with operational demands.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Ability to relate training content to real-world warehouse scenarios.
