The Collector, Lead is responsible for a variety of functions related to the planning, scheduling, and modification of plans and schedules for workplace alcohol or drug testing as well as reporting of alcohol or drug tests.
Responsibilities
- Administer any type of alcohol or drug tests required, i.e., random, pre- employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, or follow-up.
- Requests for testing will occur well in advance for random and follow-up testing and will typically involve a large volume of tests.
- Will determine the appropriate offices, Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT), and/or subcontractor performing the tests according to location or other factors.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business Management OR
- Minimum three (3) years managing personnel
- Possess and maintain Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and Urine Specimen Collector certifications
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution
- Knowledge of current DOT regulations and HHS Guidelines
