Responsibilities
- Interface with the Champion, Working Groups, and Product Owners to identify and clarify detailed requirements for application development.
- Document user stories and associated requirements in Team Foundation Server (TFS) for review and discussion by developers.
- Utilize TFS to document epics, user stories, requirements, change requests, bugs, and tasks.
- Provide documentation of procedures, application reference materials, workflows, business processes, and data structures.
- Develop Quick Reference Guides (QRG) for each new application released to provide instructions of primary application functionality.
- Perform code reviews and testing of user stories.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years of experience capturing requirements and testing web applications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office 2010 and higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience writing Agile user stories and requirements documentation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS Team Foundation Server.
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe)
- ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certifications
- 10 years of experience in program or project management roles.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Background in government contracting, defense, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or software development lifecycles.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
