Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and roleplaying team activities.
- Provide administrative guidance, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of contract requirements.
- Manage and supervise a large team (300 part-time employees) and administrative staff.
- Interface with Government personnel designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) and respond promptly.
- Maintain flexible scheduling to ensure continuous on-site managerial coverage during normal duty hours.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of three (3) consecutive years of experience within the last five (5) years as a manager or supervisor in a related field of comparable magnitude (management, administrative staff, and over 100 part-time employees).
- College degree preferred but not required.
- PMP Certification preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background examination for suitability to support Law Enforcement training.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
