Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
- Oversee execution of all contract requirements and deliverables
- Ensure staffing levels sufficiently meet performance standards
- Lead program planning, implementation, and performance management activities
- Identify, mitigate, and manage program risks
- Ensure delivery of all required reports, briefings, and contract deliverables
- Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and provide meeting documentation
- Manage Quality Control Plan (QCP) implementation and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with all PWS objectives, timelines, and quality standards
- Provide leadership across all contract personnel
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree OR five (5) years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in program management and leadership
- Ability to evaluate and develop methods to accomplish functional objectives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience supporting federal contracts or intelligence/law enforcement environments
- Experience managing large, analytical, or administrative support programs
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Contract performance management and compliance oversight
