Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual content that supports the organization’s communication, marketing, and training initiatives
- Combine expertise in graphic design, video production, and audio/visual technologies to deliver high-quality multimedia materials across various platforms
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate degree in a related field of Digital Graphic Arts or equivalent experience
- Three years experience as a graphic illustrator in a multi-media and video production environment
- Three years experience with graphics design programs (i.e. Blender, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cinema 4D and MS Office)
- Working knowledge of various media output formats
- Experience in A/V Support in audio, video and streaming
- Experience in a customer service position
- Ability to maintain and advance quality standards
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Able to pass a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries), a minimum-level U.S. government background investigation.
- Design and produce digital video graphics for media productions to include but not limited to social media, branding, infographics, presentations, and web assets.
- Plan, create, and produce video graphics content for internal and external audiences, to be used in promotional videos, training modules, and event coverage.
- Create and edit video graphic content, ensuring clarity and quality for podcasts, voiceovers, and live streaming productions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop visual strategies that enhance messaging and engagement.
- Ability to perform collateral duties such as AV support, basic video camera operation, and microphones.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Support live events with AV setup and visual and audio assistance.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality.
