Overview
The RAB Auditor provides Security Operations Personnel to support a mission increase associated with issuance to coordinate access to the Schriever Space Force Base Restricted Area (RA).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate access to the SSFB Restricted Area.
- Coordinate the SSFB RA Entry Authority List (EAL).
- Process SSFB RA Vehicle Pass Requests by completing the following tasks within one business day of receipt.
- Process SSFB RA Badge (RAB) Requests.
- Prepare and transmit a report to designated security managers each business day detailing all RAB requests transmitted to the 50th SFS Pass and ID on that day.
- Facilitate RAB updates by signing out Form 2586s to appropriate MDA RAB holders and ensure the same are returned/refiled when their use is complete.
- Draft and distribute for signature an updated MDA SSFB RA Unit Security Manager Designation and Delegation of Signature Authority Memorandum annually, at a minimum, or as directed by SOC Government leadership.
- RAB Auditor shall field all questions received from members of the MDA workforce, visitors, and vendors concerning SSFB RA access processes/procedures and/or the status of pending SSFB RA access requests.
- Draft lost badge memos as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum six (6) months experience in badge administration
- Minimum six (6) months experience in common access card administration
- Required to take periodic training required by MDA: Examples include but are not limited to Antiterrorism/Force Protection training, ethics training, and information assurance training.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
