The Welcome Desk Staff provides professional front desk coverage, visitor management, ServiceNow ticket triage, signage printing coordination, and Lost & Found tracking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage reception activities.
- Read, log, and route ServiceNow tickets per PBGC security policies.
- Print signage inserts and assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain Lost & Found log and perform callbacks on closed tickets.
- Generate monthly reports and track customer feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- OSHA Safety Awareness required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer Service Training (preferred).
