Transport Operations Manager Estimated Salary 95k-105k
The Transport Operations Manager will:
- Support the Federal Transport Manager for the day-to-day operational readiness of N-Wave network enterprise transport services
- Understand the high-level operations of the N-Wave transport network, routing, trusted internet connections, customer edge and aggregation services in order to provide the N-Wave manager with operational status at any given time
- Coordinate and play a lead role in the design, configuration and deployment of new transport services
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of Related Experience
The Services Operations Manager will
- Support the Federal Transport Manager for the day-to-day operational readiness of N-Wave network enterprise services
- Maintain Tier 2-3 engineering availability for all Network Services per the defined N-Wave service level agreements to include 8x5 next business day support and on call critical support.
- Understand the high-level operations of all N-Wave enterprise services to include campus LAN, Wireless, firewall and VPN services to be able to provide the N-Wave manager with operation status at any given time
Solutions Architect Estimated Salary 85k-95k
The Services Operations Manager must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 Years of Related Experience
The Solutions Architect will
- Have a deep understanding of the larger N-Wave portfolio of transport and enterprise services to provide subject matter expertise to the N-Wave Director and Federal portfolio managers in the development of new products and technology
- Assists the N-Wave director in furthering the development of the N-Wave cloud service catalog to include flexible, highly available, high bandwidth cloud transport, customer cloud consulting, and customer cloud virtual services design, architecture and management.
- Assists the N-Wave director in developing N-Wave Cloud competency to become a center of excellence for Cloud service offerings supporting NOAA and DOC.
The Solutions Architect must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 Years of Related Experience
