The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring all deliverables meet contract quality standards and performance thresholds.

Responsibilities
- Oversee development and execution of the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Monitor contractor performance against quality standards
- Track and analyze quality metrics and performance trends
- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with PM and DPM to address deficiencies
- Prepare quality performance reports and summaries
- Ensure compliance with QA requirements and surveillance methods
- Support deficiency identification and correction processes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) years of relevant experience
- Experience in quality management or quality assurance programs
- Experience implementing Quality Control Plans (QCPs)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government contracts
- Experience with QA metrics tracking and reporting systems

- Quality performance analysis and reporting
- Trend identification and risk mitigation
- Attention to detail and compliance oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead quality improvement initiatives
