The Property Manager will be responsible for supervising the property accountability performed on the installation. As well as supervision of the Modernization Displacement and Repair Site (MDRS) personnel.
Responsibilities
- Primary Contractor POC through which the site PBO/Responsible Officer (RO) will coordinate Government requirements.
- Manage the Installation and Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) Property Book.
- Provide services in support of asset requisition, receipt, short-term holding, inventory, issue, redistribution, classification, turn-in, maintaining hand receipts/annexes, adjustment reports, reconciliations, and serial number and unique item tracking.
- Use the appropriate property book LIS for transactions, accountability, and reporting.
- Perform functions in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 700-84, DA PAM 710-2-1, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR-735-5, CTA 50-900, CTA 50-909, CTA 50-970, CIPBO SOP, AR 840-10, AR 25-400-2, and Army Record Information Management System (ARIMS).
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Enter and maintain all Government Furnished Property, Government Furnished Equipment, Company acquired Property records into PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment) application as required.
- Conduct monthly IPBO (Installation Property Book) cyclic inventories monthly and/or as assigned by PBO (Property Book Officer).
- Monitor the storage, utilizations, transfers, acquisition, and disposal of property.
- Prepare the monthly Scheduled Government Furnished Property report to the Project Manager. (PM-08)
- Follow the guidelines of the Company’s Property Management Plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of Army property management experience.
- Possess skills with G-Army and will possess in-depth knowledge of supply program relationships, concepts, and methodologies pertaining to Supply/Property Book Accountability and supply areas of logistics operations.
- Experience at the Division property book level.
- Experience working in The Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) application is preferred.
- Experience utilizing the GCSS-A system is preferred.
- Experience with working with an Installation Property Book Office/Officer (IPBO) is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Possess skills in verbal and written communications to gain cooperation and coordinate the work of others.
- Capable of adjusting work operations to meet emergency or changing program or production requirements within the available resources and with minimum detriment to quantity and quality of work.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee may use repeated motions that include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
