What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Experience
- Connect with Customers: Start genuine conversations that make every guest feel welcome, heard, and valued.
- Drive Sales: Create a positive selling environment by assisting multiple customers and offering product suggestions.
- Omni-Channel Service: Use technology to place orders, check availability, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Teamwork & Communication

Visual & Business Operations
- Understand the Business: Contribute to sales and service goals that drive store performance.
- Support Product Flow: Assist with shipments, restocking, and online order fulfillment.
- Maintain Standards: Keep the store visually appealing, clean, and aligned with Chêne Blanc’s merchandising updates.
- Merchandising: Follow stock-to-sales processes, support seasonal displays, and stay knowledgeable on trends.
Operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in the sales floor, cash wrap, restrooms, and stockroom.
- Protect store assets through audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
What You’ll Need
- Previous retail experience preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Understanding of the Chêne Blanc brand and services.
- Must be available to work weekends (Sundays required).
- Alignment with Chêne Blanc’s values and commitments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move around the sales floor and stockroom, including bending, standing, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
