About the Role
Are you a reliable, purpose-driven man looking to make a real difference in the lives of art risk youth? We are seeking a Male Residential Direct Care Professional to join our team and become a consistent, positive presence in the lives of teenage boys living in our group home.
As a RDCP, you’ll be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and supervising young men, helping them build essential life skills while ensuring a safe and structured home environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain a strong and supportive presence
· Supervise daily routines, including hygiene, meals, chores, and curfews
· Model and teach independent living and life skills
· Support youth through job searches, appointments, and transitions
· Maintain a no-visitor policy for safety and compliance
· Document behavioral observations and report concerns
· Use your company car for all approved youth-related errands
Qualifications
· Male
· Must be responsible, structured, and passionate about helping at-risk youth
· Ability to maintain professional boundaries at all times
· Must pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check
· Experience in youth care, social services, or DJJ preferred
