Job Title: Manager of IT Infrastructure

Here’s how you’ll make an impact

Ensures the organization’s systems are online and fully operational at all times. Responsible for planning, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems across the organization.

• Design and execute short/long term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets current and future needs.
• Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of infrastructure systems including LAN, WAN, Server, Storage, Cloud, Virtual/Physical Server implementations.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Conduct research and recommend changes in services, products, protocols, and standards to support development efforts and infrastructure procurement.
• Assist in defining and implementing the IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for the organization.
• Define software and hardware standards in collaboration with stakeholders and owners.
• Monitor, manage and report server/LAN/WAN performance.
• Practice IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.
• Manage IT vendor relationships in regard to network and infrastructure design, function, and support.
• Responsible for designing and managing the endpoint management program using Microsoft Intune or other cloud-based endpoint management platforms.
• Assist the IT Manager in leading the Infrastructure Team when needed.
• Conforms to General Performance Expectations as identified for all employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Systems Administration/System Engineer certification preferred - Microsoft, VEEAM, VMware, Cisco.
• Four to six years of system administration experience preferred.
• Four to six years of experience designing and managing highly complex data networks required.
• Previous Security experience or training preferred.
• Previous experience troubleshooting and leading problem-solving efforts involving outside vendors and other support personnel.
• Must be able to support multiple locations as needed; Valid Driver’s License required

Salary Range $81,000 to $134,820 Annually

Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained.
