How you’ll contribute

• Lead mechanical maintenance and rebuilds for pumps, gearboxes, and motors.
• Perform precision alignment of power transmission components (couplings and sheaves).
• Execute certified welding, cutting, and burning for repairs and fabrication.
• Open and clean tank vessels following stringent safety protocols.
• Replace and commission piping and valves.
• Support overall facility and grounds upkeep.
• Participate on the site emergency response team.
• Document work thoroughly in the CMMS; complete safety, maintenance, and preventive maintenance forms; and follow all SOPs.
  
  

What sets you up for success

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (chemical manufacturing preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort with computers and common software (MS Office, email, CMMS).
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, procedures, OEM literature, diagrams, and schematics.
• Willingness to handle periodic off-shift emergency callouts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in all weather and at heights while wearing PPE.

Classification and pay

Compensation: $49.07/hr to start, non-exempt
