Salary Range:

Your Role and Capabilities
As a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, your tasks include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting plant machinery and facilities, adhering strictly to our safety procedures. You'll also manage preventative maintenance for equipment and facilities, supporting electrical initiatives when necessary.
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Educational Background: A two-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or similar technical field required.
- Experience: At least three years of industrial maintenance, mechanical expertise, and hands-on familiarity with process equipment.
- Additional Skills: Welding proficiency is beneficial.
Stand Out With Your Competencies
- Excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and P&IDs.
- Skilled handling of mobile equipment such as forklifts and front-end loaders.
- Experience utilizing CMMS like SAP.
- Strong understanding of measurement conversions.
- Self-driven with minimal supervision needed, ready to jump in for overtime as needed.
- Effective, polite communication while interacting with and collecting information from peers and other departments.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Identify, fix, and enhance industrial equipment, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain records, implement improvements, and back our safety programs.
- Coordinate equipment availability and participate in failure analysis processes.
- Operate heavy machinery, with proficiency examinations required.
