What are the responsibilities and job description for the Firearms Business & Shooting Range Development Manager / Consultant position at CHEMTED LLC?
DUZFIREARMS LLC is a Type 07 Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder looking to expand our firearms business and develop a complete firearms and shooting facility in Rio Vista / Cleburne, Texas.
We are currently planning the next stage of DUZFIREARMS which may include firearms manufacturing and gunsmithing operations, a members' clubhouse, firearms retail and transfers, training facilities, an indoor shooting range and an outdoor shooting range.
We are seeking an experienced firearms-industry professional who can work directly with ownership to help turn these plans into reality.
This is not simply a Range Safety Officer or gun-store sales position. We are looking for someone with strong practical experience in one or more areas of the firearms industry who understands how to develop, organize and operate a professional firearms business and shooting facility.
The right person will help us with business and facility planning, FFL/ATF compliance, firearms manufacturing operations, shooting-range operations, membership/club structure, equipment and vendor selection, budgeting, staffing, policies and procedures and coordination with range designers, engineers, contractors and local authorities.
Experience developing or managing an indoor or outdoor shooting range, gun club, firearms manufacturing operation, FFL business or firearms retail operation is strongly preferred.
Former or current range owners, general managers, operations managers, firearms manufacturing managers, FFL compliance professionals or other senior firearms-industry professionals are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and level of involvement.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
